    The Partnership uses the latest survey techniques to quickly provide definitive areas using RICS codes of practice, providing an independent service that can be used in arbitration of any disputes.


    The results are issued as a schedule. In addition CAD drawings are supplied, with detailed information of the measured finishes. Volumes, gross external areas, and internal areas and can also be provided.

    All of our services can be provided in a format best suited to your requirements.




  • RIGHTS OF LIGHT

    We can provide information to help resolve most rights of light issues, from offsite 'hole in the wall' elevations and sections to 3D models. We can also apply 'Building design envelopes' to existing situations, based on information provided by the client.
